I recently had bariatric surgery. Before that I had never had stitches, a broken bone or stayed in a hospital. The staff at Thedacare made me comfortable and eased my nerves. From the check-in desk rep and pre-op nurse (Erik) to the surgeon (Dr Georgen), nurses on the 6th floor (Karina, Lona, Sue, Wendy, Kaley, Ashley) and the CNA Zach, all of them were so great. It is a well-oiled machine. Even though I felt crappy the first day after surgery, it was a great experience and I'm glad I chose Thedacare.

this is the poorest hospital internationally. three hour wait in the emergency room. met by dr westphall the most uncaring doctor. a team that doesnt work well together. an rn who is too busy on a cellphone while doing patient care to funtion. more busy saying i love you than how are you doing. all of this combine puts this hospital internationally at the bottom

Took My daughter to the doc today to get her wart on her foot looked at. They ended up freezing it which burned I guess so she was crying cuz it hurt, understandable. Then she had to get 3 shots in her leg. When the nurse went to give her the first shot she freaked out and the needle got my daughter Nd the nurse. So not only that but the needle bent some how and scraped her down the leg. So not only did she have to get that one re done she had to get her blood drawn Nd now is getting tested for hiv. We were there for 3 hours so they could figure out what to do. The nurse was yelling at me like it was my fault when they are trained and she should be prepared for a child to move, and have an assistant. My daughter is 4.

Dr. Olsen is obviously mistaken when he wrote his report on how unsafe and ineffective ecigs are. There are so many reports that these are 95% healthier than traditional cigarettes. There Re many government agencies that have stated that they are a good tobacco harm reduction tool. Olsens report seems to me that he is overly compensated by a nicotine patch company to push their product. We see how well it went when pharmaceutical companies pushed opioids to doctors... there's a huge dependency issue. Doctors that completely go against unbiased reports should not be trusted.

I have a problem with Theda as a company how it is run and how they charge their well call it what it is customers we are not patients any more, I do not have a problem with the doctors and nurses. Theda is just like everything else these days they are all about money, how fast they can do a visit and how they can get $ put of anyone they do not care about the actual patients. They find any way they can to get money out of you. my husband went in for a physical insurance paid for said physical but Theda charged us and extra visit because my husband asked a question about his health. So DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU!
