Am I addicted to Oxycodone?

I have been taking oxycodone for pain. I got prescribed after a bad car accident 2 years ago. Since the accident, I have had chronic pain and taking the oxycodone seems to help. Before everything happened, I'd never taken heavy painkillers. I've never been addicted to any kind of drug and I am unsure what wil happen if I stop taking them.

A psychological drug addiction is the worst kind. From what you've said, it appears that you are addicted. If you do not want to take the drug and you do anyway, you are psychologically addicted.
