Currently in freshman year of highschool and have heard its popular to do inhalants and pass out for a few seconds with your friends..I'm interested in knowing how inhalants are addictive.

A person who does inhalants is liable to become psychologically and physically addicted. The psychological addiction is the obsession and urge to do more. The physical addiction is withdrawal symptoms after the person stops using the inhalants.

I have a hard time comprehending why kids let alone anyone would even abuse inhalants in the first place. Doing inhalants is like gambling with your life in numerous ways, not to mention inhalants permanently kill brain cells. The decisions you make as a teenager will affect the rest of your life and if you value your life, brain and ability to think I advise you against following the trend.
