How do I help a drug addict?

When looking through my sisters office for a stapler, in one of the drawers I found two bags, one with cocaine and the other with weed. Only drug addicts do drugs like that, how do I help a drug addict who turns out to be my sister?

Dont expect to get much of a response when trying to help a drug addict. It sounds so negative, I know but the best you can do is talk to her about it and maybe offer options to get her help with your support if she gets the help.

I imagine that is quite flustering for you. Sometimes drug addicts do not want help and will not get it for reasons the same.
