A cook in my restaurant is using opiates. I think it’s possible he is going through withdrawal right now, how long should I expect him to be having these symptoms?

Opiate withdrawal really peaks around 72 hours after use, and can last a week or more

My cousin Shaw used to work in a restaurant to, he couldn’t work after a few day of withdraw it was so bad, he was messed up for a while. A year later and he still has some bad symptoms from it.
