Will it take me a long time to detox from methadone? I’ve been addicted for over a year.

At the start It will take you at least a few weeks to detox from methadone. Withdrawal symptoms will be a rude awakening within 30 hours of your last drug use, and they will reach their most intense point around the 10th day. As the symptoms start to weaken, you may still experience cravings and depression for several weeks.
