Is my husband on drugs?

I recently noticed my husband acting strange, working late hours staying up all night, and well just being “out of it” I was doing the laundry and I found a small bag with white powder in his pocket. He said it was a tool for his job as a painter. But it wasn’t even in his work pants. I think it could be drugs. Is my husband on drugs?

Your husband is on drugs. Sorry no easy way to put that. I’ve been a painter for over 20 years and the only thing powder in his pocket is good for as a painter is to stay awake.
