  5. What are the symptoms of suboxone withdrawal?
Asked: 2018-06-24 01:51:37
I wanted to stop using heroin, so I went to a treatment center where I was given Suboxone to get off the drugs and try to get clean. Unfortunately, I ended up getting addicted to the Suboxone and now want to stop using it but am afraid that the detox period is going to be horrible. Will detoxing from Suboxone be as bad as detoxing from heroin?

Detoxing from Suboxone will not be as bad as detoxing from heroin. You may lose your appetite, be a bit moody, feel achy, and be lethargic.

You will not feel great when you detox from Suboxone, but you shouldn’t feel as bad as you did when you detoxed from heroin. Your muscles and joints will ache. You more than likely will have a headache and there is a good chance that some nausea will come, as well.
