  5. What are the withdrawl symptoms of ice?

When I got turned on to meth, I started with the good stuff. I’ve always used high-grade ice, and I’ve started smoking it like medication. I do it before I leave the house, before I work out, before I go to school, and before I do anything with anyone. I’ve gotten to the point where if I don’t have it, I don’t feel like I can do anything. I know this is addiction. I know I need help. But I’m scared of what I’ll feel like without it. Does anyone know what I’ll be dealing with?

You’re going to feel really exhausted for a while. For me, this was probably the worst part. I felt like I needed to drop out of my life for a while in order to recuperate, and then I had to learn how to live all over again. You may feel kind of achy or sick, but the bone tired feeling is probably the worst.

Withdrawals are the same regardless of how good the drugs were. Meth has a way of taking away all your energy making you feel old. You’ll definitely end up with a pretty good appetite for a couple days, and your body will need to get balanced with sleep again. If I were you, I’d set aside about five days to just sleep and eat, and I’d get some help.
