Do they really think that just cause my friends amd family all get together and talk about all of the crap I did that I'm going to agree to change? All it did was make me was to go get high and forget about it..

Then you just weren't ready yet. One day you will be more willing to get the help that they are offering it. don't be to hard on yourself.
