Everyone who I've encountered extremely drunk is aggressive and borderline violent (if not entirely) is everyone like this?

Well Robert the truth is alcohol is indeed a mood altering substance, so when people drink their mood's are greatly affected, but not everyone gets angry and aggressive.

Eh, depends on the person, some people just get tired and sloppy, while people get more agressive. It's pretty much a case-by-case basis.

Not everyone but yeah, this is common. Inhibitions are lowered when you drink alcohol so if you're angry or violent to begin with, alcohol will certainly exacerbate that. Drinking is often a part of repetitive domestic abuse situations, possibly for this reason. I will say that studies done in labs have shown a link between drinking alcohol and aggression but they were limited studies and we need longer term ones to know for sure.
