I hate hate hate alcohol and done watching him suffer every time he does this ONE MORE TIME. Reason Im here to ask how long alcohol withdrawal symptoms last is mostly due to the fact that his drinking increase quadruple fold.

If his drinking has increased heavily recently, then the withdrawal could take weeks. The first 3 – 7 days will be the hardest and the chance of delirium tremens (known as the DT’s) could be fatal, so it’s important to keep an eye on them and have them seen by a medical professional to assess their condition.
