Been doing spice to do pass drug tests, I use it instead of smoking weed because it takes so long to get out your body but sometimes the spice makes me feel shaky every once in a while.

Spice is a synthetic substance so you never truly know what is in it because all of it is different.

Yes spice can cause seziures but it doesn’t always cause them I guess it just depends on the actual ingredients in the spice and the person using it. Spice is dangerous witth uncertain side effects. Be careful and I urge you to get help if you can.
