How can you tell if someone smokes weed?

I started a job last week and part of the job description is to work in teams of two. Well here my dilemma.. the dude I was paired with always seems medicated and under-reactive I think he is a weed smoker, but how can I tell if he smokes weed or not?

Even without noticing other signs, you can usualy tell if someone smoked weed if they are always smelling like weed!
