Are there any facilities offering grants for those wishing to travel out of state?

I am 44, chronic addict that is finally seeking help, looking to go to my 1st Impatient Rehab. Unfortunately I have state funded insurance-was hoping to travel to a destination rehab. A new scene would be hugely beneficial to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. John F
