Do methadone clinics work?

To be honest, I am not fan of methadone clinics but I wonder whather they work for the ones who are without hope and can't seem to stop using.

I am going to be honest with you I absolutely despise methadone. On the other hand, whether a methadone clinic will work for an individual depends of the circumstances of that person and what that persons struggles with. Everyone is different, requiring different methods and treatment types so I'll have to say if your the right person for it, it may work for you.
