My older sister tells me all the time she is grateful we don’t have the same Dad because my Dad is a meth addict. What is a meth addict?

A meth addict, is someone who uses meth ( a drug ) and can not stop. They need help and and support, not a ridicule or to made fun of. I hope your sister is either lying or stretching the truth.
