How addictive is percocet?

I think my mother has a problem with percocet. She started taking it after she went to a pain management specialist for herniated disks in her spine. Her personality has changed and I'm wondering if its because shes addicted to percocet.

For starters, thank goodness that you are recognizing changes in her personality and possible indications of addiction. Percocet is addictive, but if caught early enough you may be able to intervene and get your mother the help that she needs before things get worse.
