Well some drugs your body will actually go into withdrawal if you give up, and some won’t have that effect, but it doesn’t mean you aren’t addicted. If it’s a big compulsion in your life, the difference between the two doesn’t really matter.

I think with psychological you’ve led yourself into a set of beliefs where you think you need something – whether that’s to perform at work, or to be in a social situation or to get to sleep. Physical can be more harmful, cos your body actually needs whatever it is, it has built a dependency on it.
