What is cannabis abuse?

My friend and I are in a debate, I say there is such a thing as cannabis abuse, and she says it’s just not true. Can someone please tell me what cannabus abuse is so I can prove to her I am right.

Yes you can abuse weed. Using weed under dangerous conditions like driving or using machinery could cause harm to you or others. I think that is abuse.
