I overhead the term process addiction at my office today and i’m the new girl so I didn’t want to tell anyone I didn’t know what it meant. Does someone here know?

Process addiction is being addiction to the process of something. Like eating, or working out

It’s like a sex addiction, anything you overindulge in shopping, or gaming, some people just do a lot of risk taking stuff. I guess it could even be working.
