My friend will be withdrawing from opiates soon, I just wondered if there was anything that would make her withdrawal easier?

I think it is different for everybody, that is why the best choice for her is to enter a treatment center so they can give her the best of care while she is going threw withdrawal.

Going through opiate withdrawal is one of the roughest things I have ever done. The things that helped me the most where staying hydrated, pesto bismal, and warm baths. all the best of luck to your friend, this will not be easy on them.
