My friend is addicted to meth, has been for some time, but she’s asked me for help and said she wants to be as happy in life as I am, this breaks my heart. I want to help my friend get off meth once and for all, how can I do that?

She has to help herself but your emotional support will mean the world to her. The best thing to do is see if you can get her into a program to detox, cos she’ll have a much better chance of success.
