How do I stay strong when my wife is addicted to pain pills? I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m at a loss. Do I kick her out? Call her family?

Make sure you find time for you. Don’t put all your energy into your wife. Make sure you tell her you’ll be there when she wants help. You can’t force anyone to get sober if they don’t want too.

If you love your wife, which I’m sure you do, say a few prayers for her and let her know you love her. When she’s ready to get help, she will come to you. It may get worse before it gets better but you need to stay strong! It may come down to kicking her out and calling her family but you will know if it needs to happen.
