I saw this guy while my friend and I were walking in the city. He was shooting up something, and he yelled at us, I don’t know why we weren’t doing anything. Why are addicts so mean?

My sister used to get really angry when she was coming down off of drugs, but as soon as she got more, she went back to being her normal friendly self.
