Can painkillers cause cancer?

Cancer runs in my family, almost all the elders have had it in one form or another. Will use of painkillers increase my risk for cancer?

If Painkiller abuse is ruling your life you may need to get help for addiction. On the other hand I do not think cancer is connected to painkiller use.
