Can soma cause seizures?

I'm addicted to somas and im afraid to cold turkey off of them. Ive heard stories about seizures and hospital visits getting off of this stuff.

I too struggled with muscle relaxer addiction, specifically somas. When I got clean I went to detox then to inpatient rehab. In detox I was told by one of the nurses that seizures often happen to those who don’t get properly detoxed and just quit somas use abruptly.
