I’ve heard about the benefits of smoking pot, and I suffer from migraines and depression. I don’t have a problem getting weed, but I have zero experience smoking it. What do I do?

First of all, is marijuana legal in your area? If the answer to this is no, you need to find out if it is available by medical prescription in your state. If the answer is still no, then I’d advise you to avoid it altogether.
