How do you know someone is on heroin?

Even in the middle of summer, he is shivering what’s going on is he doing heroin and detoxing from it every day? its all unclear but i need to know you know if someone is on heroin (what are the indications)

Black marks and tinfoil are good ways to tell. That is however if other route of adminstration are not being usedIf he was using heroin then detoxing every day, there would be more symptoms than just him shivering. If you are worried for your friend, ask him if something is different and see how he responds. Keep an eye out for other signs of addiction. .
