My fiance and I both have mental health and addiction issues. We are trying to seek help as a couple and stay together. We have had a lot of problems in our relationship because of our mental health and addiction issues. Is it possible for us to get help together so we can learn to work with each other instead of against each other?

This is very unlikely unfortunately. Recovery clinics, yes.. a actual rehab, no..I had tried this several years ago and never found a place in our area or a state away from us that allowed this type of thing. Honestly, when trying to get into such a place, you guys need to be separated.. To focus on your recovery and not your spouse. your recovery needs to be 100% of both of yalls focus, then your relationship. I know that's not easy to hear or understand even at this point. 30 days or however long you guys decide to go, once you get out an Start your new life together clean an sober.. it will have its challenges but it will be a fresh start and a healthier relationship built on yalls recovery together once your home! I highly recommend to stop the search for a place like this, go separate and find somewhere you both can go on the same day, for peace of mind that the other partner is there. Some rehabs will let you have special calls between eachother as alot of times they are just scheduled for a specific time. Just remember that the first week is a black out period an this will not happen.. don't let it stray you away though bc there is a reason for this.. its so you don't leave as its the hardest week. I don't want you to be blindsided like I was the first week so I wanted to let this be known..If this helps ease your mind any, rehab is not as bad as people make it out to be. I have been twice and each time I learned something new and my relationship is better than ever along with my life. Just a fyi.. When you get to the rehab, the councelor can help you figure out ways to help build your relationship back up once you return home. Make sure you let them know this is of interest to you and everything that has happened because most of them will build your treatment plan on what you need help with the most, which sort of sounds like communication to me. If this still isn't of interest, maybe a couples therapy or something could help, along with some AA /NA meetings together. I hope you both get the help you need, and it works if you work it!! The groups I just started through is all online.. but it sounds like in person is what you guys may need and personal sessions along with together. Good luck!!
