I work from home it is a noisy, distracting environment 24/7. When I had a glass of wine the issues with work productivity and rocketing stress levels decreased but how do you know if your addicted to alcohol because I am getting worried that it could be happening to me.

If it comes to the point you cannot function/work without having some alcohol in your system, you will know it has crossed the line. It isn't about how much you drink, but more about why you drink and if you depend on that drink.
