I really need to get off xanax, but I keep hearing the withdrawal symptoms can be awful. Can they really be all that bad? What are the symptoms of xanax withdrawal?

One thing to remember as well is the ongoing symptoms that can occur a couple of months after your last use of xanax could be tremors, seizures, sweating, nausea, rapid heart rate, and intense drug cravings. These can last up to a year.
