I don’t know if I can take anymore of this pain, I’m detoxing and it feels like I’ve never been so sick. Help!

Get some friends around, watch something funny, drink loads of fluids (no alcohol) and eat healthily. It feels crap right now, but you’re on the way to feeling much better for much longer.

If your muscles are aching, get in a hot bath to ease the pain. Get some anti-inflammatories such as ibuprofen to help. Also, get some natural sleep meds such as melatonin so you can rest.
