Can meth give you a heart attack?

My sister smokes meth on occassion and whenever she does she has pain in her chest that is random and short lived but extremely painful.. could the pain be a sign of a heart attack?

Meth constricts blood vessels and ultimately slows down blood flow, this lack of oxygen availability to the heart can cause pain. In addition to this your heart rate gets significantly increased. If any drug were to cause a heart attack it would be meth.
