How can you tell if someone is smoking pot?

Some freshly new people moved in next door at our apartment, they dont come out much and at strange hours of the day there is a awful smell that comes into our apartment. Ive never been a fan of the smell of pot so it could be that. How can I tell if my neighbors are smoking pot?

If there was no smell or signs of pot before your neighbors moved in it is likely them smoking pot, hence the smell at odd hours. Process and elimation, it has to be them.. who else coud it be?
