Going to have to vote No. Sure some people may overdose on purpose but overall a drug overdose is often unintentional. Therefore, not to be considered suicide.

It really just depends on the intention of the person overdosing. So many illicit drugs are fatal and some people even do drugs not realizing they've been laced with something deadly, like Prince. I don't think Prince committed suicide because it wasn't his intention to kill himself. The definition of suicide is to kill yourself intentionally. So, I have to agree with Joey. An overdose isn't really suicide unless someone intentionally overdoses on drugs to purposefully kill himself or herself.
