I don't understand why weed is consider bad if they use the CBD just to help people. Why is THC so bad? I don't get it, is it because i'm too young to understand?

Hi there, a CBD from a marijuana plant does not contain any 'high-producing' properties. On the other hand, THC is a chemical in marijuana that is responsible for producing a psychological 'high.'

THC isn't bad but it does make you feel high, which lowers inhibitions and effects rational decision-making. THC is also part of the reason that brain development is stunted during growth if marijuana is consumed by someone under the age of 25. If you need CDB for health reasons, there are ways to get its benefits without the THC. I hope that helps make some sense of it to you.

CBD is a property from marijuana that does not produce psychoactive effects. THC can be helpful when used for medical purposes but the fact remains that there is a high associated with THC. That being said, if you choose to use CBD be careful, if you don't get the right kind it could have THC in it and then you could test positive. It's happened to someone I know.
