Terrible hospital! Sent my mother back home to soon with pneumonia! She was brought there again within 12 hours in worst condition! She's 83 years old and almost died! Hospital sent her to Sinai hospital in Stoughton MA. They could not help her anymore! Thank GOD Morton hospital sent her to Sinai Hospital! Steward Hospital is a awful place to go! They don't even deserve 1 star! Everyone I know as bad things to say about this sub par place! BAD BAD!! You

Morton Hospital was what I have been searching for after several attempts at different facilities. The staff was very patient and helpful and the Therapist was able to diagnose several underlying issues that had kept me sick. My 45 days here have given me hope at a full and healthy recovery.

Worst experience ever! Far from luxury and terrible meals. Every day all the court ordered addicts walk around like zombies. Never allowed to even watch television. When I ended up at the hospital after no one could find me for 2 hours at the airport I never even had a meal after 8 hrs. Then was referred by the hospital to go directly home to my doctors the security guard refused for 40 minutes to return my cell phone and lied and said it was inside somewhere when it was in his pocket! I had to threaten to call the police to get it back. By the time I got to the airport my flight had already left and I had to pay another $350, for a flight home on top of what I already paid for a ticket! Then Desert Hope never sent my prescription medicine and heart pills until a week later. What a rip off they billed thousands for a urinalysis and I reported them to the BBB and my insurance company. I was told by addiction network that I was going to a facility for police, emt's, firefighter's etc that had addictions do to the high stress of their jobs. Trust me they are all liars and they had a young lady there scared half to death. This place was crazy and I never received an apology from this place only excessive, overcharged bills! They just want to rip you off, horrible experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Please look elsewhere, there other good reviews are fake as hell!

If one word could describe this hospital, it would be "cold". All the warmth, care, sympathy and understanding that should be found in a hospital, you can't feel here. Horrible experience in the ER. My daughter is in the ER currently and we are thousands of miles away, so I have to call them very often. I was told that they will let doctor know and contact us later, but this didn't happen; My husband called doctor’s office hundreds of times and left lots of message, but never get any response. I was called yelling just because I tried to explain what I’m thinking, then I got yelled with “I won’t give you my name” when I asked who I’m talking with. I completed agree with someone’s review below: “If you are having a mental health crisis, DO NOT COME HERE. They will treat you even worse than you feel”, the word I heard most often is “by law”: by law they need do this; by law they need do that, they never care about what patient and family need, once patient in their ER, then you lost all right, they can do whatever they want “by law”. They may tell you that they'll do best for patients, but don't believe it. I am an immigrant American and lived in US more than twenty years, English is not my first language, so things get more difficult. This is the first time I feel like I'm not being treated as a human being. I felt hopeless now, and I may just have to wait for my daughter to die in their hospital because I was told “by law” they can keep her as long as they want.
