The best I can say is they are a paint by number facility with scripted answers to expexted questions if you have an original question or problem they go back to response ( A ) until you you finally agree this must be your problem, when you leave the counclers say call anytime 24 / 7 they have never answered or called back yet people I was in with overdosed I tried calling Rock Creek but they wouldn't return my calls I guess there was no money in it for them , the arogaarro of the aids expecialy at there halfway house is enough to make anyone slip I do believe that what made me strong was knowing I am strong and I'm not lining the pockets of cons the smoke and mirrors is they keep you away from drugs or alcohol long enough for you to believe your cured and they are magic but the truth is %20 only needed a wake up call %70 end up back to Rock Creek and +or - %10 never survive

This place is currently infested with bed bugs and doing nothing about it. My family member just called me and told me there are bed bugs in multiple rooms and they aren’t being moved to new rooms nor are they doing anything besides washing clothes

Understaffed. Watched the movie Mean Girls?! Seriously? Check in was a joke. It took half of the day and most times I never got to check. Lauren was very condecending and seemed like she just wanted the money from clients rather than make them well. Very unhappy. It seems more corporate driven than to help others. I almost felt like the heroin addicts were more persecuted and judged.

Glenbeigh restores hope to the hopeless; famlies and patients alike. State of the art facility Patients and families know staff cares about their well-being. Best of the best in rehabilitation services. No place like it in the north eastern part of the country! I've made many referals to this institution. Difficult to get a bed; need to be placed on an admission wait list most of the time. Only difficult for admission due to the large opiate epidemic. We need more facilities like Glenbeigh!!! Glenbeigh saves lives and their aftercare programs are wonderful. The clean time longevity of those who graduate the program, is much longer than those at many other facilities. I recommend anyone in need of help contact this facility.

Great place, treatment was good, all of the staff members from nurses/doctrors and counselors to maids and kitchen staff are all great. Would recommend to everyone, not that I'm proud of this but, of the rehabs I've been to or friends have this is one of the best.

Very horrible experience I wanted to just go home they would not let me leave.they threatened me to call the sheriff if I left..and the counciler tried to have me medicated with thorzine in a room so I could not walk out..they would not let me use the phone to call for my ride home. Would not let me have my cell phone or personal keys. I was lied to by staff and treated horrible I would not recommend anyone to go here

Very bad experience. It caused more triggers to drink and use. Improperly medicated. Taken off of my medications prescribed by my regular psychiatrist which are non habit forming and placed on theirs. The hospital there refused to call or speak to my regular psychiatrist and would not let me take my mood stabilizers for bipolar disorder. Ended up leaving the hospital with elevated mood swings and more severe depression. Had to be hospitalized for that. Came out much worse. I would never recommend glen beigh. They finally discharged me when the insurance money ran out.

After a stay here, our son returned and has been sober for 8 months now. He had been to Neocap twice previously, as part of a drug program offered through the courts, and did not remain clean. Their family days which consist of a speaker, lunch with your loved one, parent group counseling and parent/loved one group counseling was very beneficial to both me (his mother) and our son (the resident). Proving there is education for the family members that suffer. I believe they all really care here about saving people, I picked up on that right away the day that I attended. Families need this type of professional help and support during this difficult time, and no better teachers thanrecovered addicts themselves, sharing what worked for them. God bless all of you there for giving us hope....please continue making a difference in the lives of addicts one day at a time!
