This place was clean and inviting. Lots of parking places and great location right next to the freeway. They had vending machines, and lobby rooms with a fire place, charging ports, complementary coffee machine and gift shops. Their decorations are beautiful and amazing there's trees everywhere also sanitation and masks and gloves if needed

Scrolled over there for a quick trip to the ER after a fall, had a great experience, was in and out with minimal hassle. Very nice people who were fun to chat with & obviously cared about patching me up and getting me on my way. While I hope I don't have to go back anytime soon, I'm comforted to know they're nearby.

This place is the cleanest, most efficient, non-profit hospital, can't say enough good things about it. They cut my medical bill by 85% when I applied for medical assistance, I highly recommend weighing your options with their staff if you cannot afford your bills. They are SUPER responsive on their MyChart portal and will work with you! The staff is great, friendly, and respectful. I was very well taken care of in their ER. Highly recommend!

They do not value others time especially at there laboratory services. I had my labs scheduled 1 month in advance and a day before my appointment they called and said they do not have the authorization from my insurance. When I called my insurance they mentioned this is because the authorization request was missing doctors notes. They also mentioned that request was sent to them pretty late. So I had to reschedule the appointment. Again, a day before my rescheduled appointment I received a call saying that I need to come at a new time because my doctor has asked for a specific machine to use for my lab and that machine is not available at my scheduled time and the person who was scheduling my appointment did not knew that. I was left with no option but to reschedule it again. I cross checked this with my doctors office and they had no such request.

Complete joke. Patients and family’s need to pay for parking. So imagine if you are already paying out of pocket for insurance. Then billing is atrocious and bills you 440$ for a consult with only discussion for ten minutes. No treatment or resolutions. Be warned of this practice. All the negatives reviews I read are the. Should have never stepped foot in this place. Front Office Staff is not empathetic and very rude, hire people who are friendly and good with people.

Recently had open heart surgery at Overlake. What started as a fun day playing golf at Redmond Ridge, ended up being a stressed out afternoon and evening for my friends and family as I underwent a 7 hour procedure. Fortunately, the team at Overlake performed exceptionally and I’m now home recovering.

The doctor knew absolutely nothing about my medical problem, said I was fine. A half hour into my visit, doctor came back in (after probably doing the same web md search I did before I came in) said it could be a serious problem. Sent me to the ER. Doctors in the er did tests, have no idea what’s wrong. Cleared me to go back to work and billed my insurance 6 grand. Oh, and had to take three different blood samples due to poor communication. Worst medical facility I have ever seen

In particular I will never forget my emergency room nurses Bill and Randall for their attentive care, kind words, and gentle humor in what was the worst hours of my life thus far.

I had the worst experience of my life here and the worst traumatic experience. I had my son at 31 weeks and he was put in the NICU for about 2 months. When I would come to see my son it was very difficult because I had no car no money and could hardly ever get a ride out there. It took me almost in hour to drive there. Almost all the nurses would treat me horribly. Anytime I would show up none of the nurses were clear with what was going on with him and keeping us up to date with him. They would never communicate with us which left everyone miss judging us and assuming things about us. I could hear some of the nurses from outside our door gossiping about us and about other parents there so I had to close my door often so that I could block it out. There was this one old lady who would talk to me like I didn't care about my son and that I didn't know what I was doing and it made me feel terrible. I love my son more then words can say. Well after months of being there it was my son's last day there and they finally tell us that he has reflex.. And didn't explain or show us how to handle it. I was never shown what to do and had never seen it for myself. I took him home and the first thing he does is have in episode. He turned blue in his face and was choking so, I took him back to have him checked and have them better explain what was going on. They all thought I was crazy for bringing him back and that I "couldn't handle it". But that wasn't why I was there. I was just worried about my son dying more then anything. I was up all night with him because if I wasn't he could have died. Long story short I thought I could trust one of the doctors there and ended up asking for help because I was suffering from post partum depression. I told one of the doctors that I had suicidle thoughts. So she told cps but ended up lying to them and telling them that I had thoughts of hurting my son instead so they took him from me without saying anything to me while he was there and I ended up finding out when I walked in his room and he was gone and seeing a different baby instead. I was broken and they wouldn't tell me what happened to him. Well I found out he was in a foster home and I ended up going to court to get him back. He was gone for 6 days and when I finally saw him again I held him so close i jut cried and i didn't want to ever let go. I swore on that day I would never be able to trust another person again. Not after what happened to me there. It was horrific and terrible. Who knows how many other loving parents they have done this to. So terrible. There were so many other things I went through with some of those nurses there in the N.I.C.U but I'd rather just share what was most traumatic for me. And make it as short as I can. I was admitted in the ER at Overlake last summer and spent five days in the Behavioral Health Unit last summer. I had a wonderful experience. The nurses in the ER were attentive to my needs (despite being very busy), caring, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and professional. The staff in the behavioral unit were caring, compassionate, empathetic, and wonderful! They really focus on helping patients feel better and more stable. The food is amazing also compared to some hospitals. Thank you for saving my life.

Was in the inpatient hospital a few months ago near easter & could not have gotten a greater first time experience. All the staff I had was so nice not sure all of their names but I know a few was rachel,carrie, & rousana.. I appreciated all the positive spirit & they all were so nice. The classes were also very helpful I personally could relate to the cbt class the best but enjoyed them all. The best nurse though was Rousana she was very sweet,caring of everyone in the group,and always had a smile on her face. I hope she see's this to realize shes changing people's lives for the better... Thanks again for all the help...
