Dr. John Lee, do, Treated me like a pill popper and pill seeker all I asked for was a blood test. I feel like he didn't listen to half of what I said. One of those kind of people that always has to be right, I'm just hoping I'm wrong goddam. Be careful going here if you have excessive tattoos this place will treat you like you're a junkie *** Update I totally had blood poisoning. Was refused service and had to wait an additional 12 hours to get a Diagnosis and to start my antibiotics.***

Had taken my husband in to be seen in the ER a little after midnight and around 1.15am they took blood and said it would be about a half hour and then we would have the results back and it is now 225 and we are still here waiting. LEARN TO TELL TIME!!

They told my mother that she would be removed by security if she refused discharge while SHE COULD NOT WALK. This place is atrocious. If you love your family, take them elsewhere!

We took our 3 year old son to the emergency department during the height of flu season. It was packed. However, due to the nature of his illness and being young, Dr. Dierks moved swiftly with his tests and the nurses were very sweet and accommdating during a high stress time. They have a lot of nurses ready to help. Thank you, Genesis ER, for taking such good care of our little boy. 5 star experience, which is hard to do in an ER!

Worst hospital I've ever been to in my life. The staff are so rude I'm scared to go back. Suggested I was faking it, even though I'm getting other people around me sick.. There was a "nurse" walking behind me harassing me and arguing with me and I asked why wouldn't she leave me alone only to be told she was "helping me walk." I was on an IV for dehydration and was able to carry it with me to the bathroom on my own, and to the nurses station. Apparently they got tired of me coming up and asking them questions because all of a sudden my IV is hooked to the bed for no apparent reason, and without informing me. I felt like I was restrained to the bed by the needle in my arm. There was no cause for them to suddenly attach it to the bed like that other than to stop me from getting up. I freaked out and ripped the tube apart, cursed them out and walked the f outta there. I have a long history of getting treated like crap at that hospital, dating back to the late nineties when i was choked out against the wall by a security guard after not laying a finger on anybody, then getting a pillow stuffed in my face, getting told that if I can scream, I can breathe. Blood caked on my lips the next day. Stay the hell away from this hellhole, these nurses are working for the devil or something.

The security viciously beat a man who was having a stroke. They claimed he was drunk (untrue) from the symptoms he had. He was having a stroke as was later confirmed by a real hospital. A doctor saw all this and allowed it to go on. After brutally beating the man the security called the police who threw him on the ground of the jail with no medical attention for just less than a day. His lifeless body had to be bailed out and brought to a real hospital.

Doctors and staff are great at this place. Rooms are nice and clean. Took absolutely forever in the emergency room two times I've been there. Really no need for it.

Worst ER experience I've ever had. I presented with kidney stones (which I've never had before and are the most excruciating thing I've ever experienced, including giving birth). The check in lady was beyond rude because I didn't write down the time or intrinsically know to sign in on a piece of notebook paper in a random slot on the counter. She refused to open her window & made me yell out all my personal info. I'm in so much pain I'm crying & doubled over--doesn't matter to her or anyone. Finally they take me back. The pain increases and I am dizzy and think I'm going to pass out. Repeatedly told there's nothing they can do until I see a doctor. I do not see a doctor for hours. I am losing my mind with pain. Being ridiculed for crying by other patients in the ER to the point my boyfriend has to get security, finally a nurse starts an IV and gives me pain meds. I'm suspicious because no doctor has so much as spoken to me, how can they know this is the right drug? Four hours later I see a doctor for 5 minutes. I have no idea what her name is and I am discharged. I was told a patient advocate would contact me about the way I was treated. I've left the patient advocate 3 messages, no response. Never ever again.

Do not go here if you value your health. The staff is extremely negligent and you can end up in worse shape then when you arrived. The administration is also liars and snakes and will do anything to cover their mistakes. They were unsuccessful in causing us problems to attempt to cover themselves by attempting to smear the people they almost kill with their negligence. This is just sickening. These people do not care about your health. All the hospitals I have been to and I have never seen such a cesspool.

This is in regards to the Emergency room. I was referred to the emergency room by my doctor, who is also a part of the Genesis system. I was having fairly significant symptoms and watched as people with less severe issues were called ahead of me, even if they came in after me. I told the triage nurse what medications I was on and she neglected to add it to my information. All my labs and scans came back clear, so they sent me home, even though they had no idea what caused the change. I continued being severely symptomatic with an issue I had never had for 36 hours over a weekend while I wait to see my general practitioner.

Rooms and nurses were great! However the doctors were not thorough or careful enough with the needs of the patients in a case by case basis. They don't seem to not hold you as a priority unless you have a 'cool affliction'. Specialists ,for things like mental illness, were so overburdened that they only dealt with extreme cases rather than correlating causes such as depression and infant stages of self harm that lead to extreme occurrences like suicide. Sometimes you just need an oil change before the whole engine blows, you know? I was discharged before I even spoke with someone that might have known what to do with my reason I was there. Shift doctors mearly dismissed me, discharged me and passed me off to a general practitioner. Oh they have me a few pamphlets of resources I could googled on my own. Very let down by the doctors at this facility, but extremely satisfied with the nurses. Best medicine I received was from a nurse hugged me while I was breaking down from a panic attack.
