Kay that works at the window is so RUDE! She acts like the money is hers, She doesn't take the time to explain things, she talks at you, not to you. She takes owning money or having a balance at the end of the week so personal. Kay it's not your money! Don't attack people especially when YOU tell them They don't owe any money the week or day before then attack me. She's not professional, she wants everyone in the lobby to hear whats going on, I guess she thinks it will embarrass you and you won't say anything but I'm tired of it. Been here for almost year haven't touched any dope since first of October 2022 drug screens keep coming back positive for fentanyl. Happened to mention it to my Mental health Dr that gives antidepressants antianxiety and insomnia meds she said some of my meds can cause false positives so one at a time we started weinning me off and on something different that isn't known to cause false positives she said it may take a 2 or 3 weeks for them to be out of my system the next 3 drug screens were positive for fentanyl then Yyeeeeaaaahhh the next 2 were negative zero nothing except my methadone.. I was happy but then BAM!!! next one positive for fentanyl.. by the way that's the only thing my screens have ever been positive for them the 2nd screen after the 2 negative screens were not only positive for fentanyl but also cocaine, oxycodone, and THC!!!!!!! CRAZY AND NO WAY!!! IMPOSSIBLE!!! the next 3 were positive for fentanyl only... THC STAYS IN YOUR SYSTEMS QUIT A WHILE DO OF I DID HAVE THC THE NEXT COUPLE SHOULD'VE BEEN POSITIVE FOR IT AS WELL AND THEY WEREN'T ALSO COCAINE SHOULD'VE SHOWN UP IN AT LEAST 1 MORE AND IT DIDN'T.. also they all have been positive for methadone but negative for the methadone metabolites that it is broken down into by your body so EXPLAIN THAT ONE TO ME ALSO.. THE NAME OF THE LAB THEY USE OF CORDANT I SAT DOWN AND DID SOME RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE THE THINGS I DISCOVERED... IF YOUR HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS I HAVE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON CORDANT AND TELL THE CLINIC I HAVE REPORTED MY ISSUES, CONCERNS, AND INFO I'VE FOUND ABOUT THE LAB.. ALSO THE LAB THEY USE IS CORDANT THEY ARE NOT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ACCREDITED!!!!! Alf they have had several lawsuit one they paid 12 million dollar fine for falsifying and charging insurance multiple times for the same drug screen...I'VE reported my finding to the clinic and that if they really are concerned about their patients and truly helping then they would look at the lab they use same consider changing but to be honest they really didn't act like they didn't give a shit or they didn't believe what I was saying i told them they can look for themselves!!!!!
