I worked for this company for 6 years, this job was the most terrible due to poor leadership from the top to the bottom, it is by far the most racist company I’ve ever encountered.. People of color need not apply here, the racism here is very prevalent, the people in charge are some of the most racist jerks I’ve ever encountered. Some of the people been their over 40 years and still can’t explain what’s going on, they have a second person in charge, whom doesn’t know whether she is coming or going, she was promoted a while ago and she is dumb as rocks, then you have a drunk who thinks she runs the place (TL), I’ve never worked somewhere like this hell hole, they only pay whites top dollar although African Americans come in with more years of experience and education then most of the people within this horrid environment, They have racist folks that will continue to run the place into the ground, the turn over is ridiculous because it doesn’t take anyone too long to figure out what is going on, Then the grand marshal (CC) along with his crew of KKK members that saturate the entire hospital with negativity. The staff comes in late every day, and the top brass makes excuses for them in the meantime, the CEO is trash, he doesn’t know what the hell is going on, if they don’t like you, they make things up so that you can get frustrated enough you leave, the African Americans that do work there, few and far in between, is truly white on the inside and have forgotten where they come from and kiss buttocks all year long.. The best thing that happens to me was to be lied on by dishonest staff members because they are scared to try anything new, they go with the flow, although they know they are 100% wrong in doing so, racist people are again saturated throughout this hospital, then there is (ZT) who I might add is an uneducated white male, who has no education, no work experience except here at this hospital, is the youngest grand marshal of the racist that’s here at this place, It’s really a terrible environment to work in, please go find somewhere else to work, it’s not worth your time, staff are assaulted, staff work units by themselves everyday everywhere, this is a dangerous place that should honestly be shut down and revamped, this is a Highscool of negativity and if you get too desperate to have a job, this place should be off the menu as a bunch of bafoons run the place, from the top to the very bottom, these people are embasals, thank god I now work for the best company in Utah…. Run Run Run from this place it’s not worth it….This truly is the KKK that runs it, the only African American in charge is literally a white boy whom forgot who he is, truly coon crap….(ST)
